Our Policy regarding COVID-19
Dear visitors,
We closely monitor COVID-19 updates and meticulously follow the guidelines set by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Hellenic National Health Organization (EODY).

We will safely open and receive visitors for arrivals starting on July 1 based on government orders and instructions, always complying with the strict hygiene standards that we have set, aiming to ensure for you a safe, healthy and hospitable environment!

Our staff has been trained and certified, through special seminars, for COVID-19 and all the necessary procedures to create a safe environment for our guests.

We installed hand sanitizers in public areas, including the reception area, living rooms, restaurants, shared bathrooms and offices.

We provide disinfectant, disposable masks and gloves to our staff, according to the instructions of EODY, but also to all our guests by the time of their arrival. At the same time, we placed special foot-operated trash bins in the common areas and rooms.

We clean and disinfect frequently all common areas, especially elevators and the railings on the stairs, giving special emphasis on frequent contact points.

We placed special signs in all common areas, informing our guests to keep social distance, wear masks and take the foreseen personal hygiene measures.

Our hotel was properly prepared for the safety of our guests’ health, according to the instructions of EODY, creating a special team for the management of suspected COVID-19 case, in collaboration with a network of doctors, targeting to prevent, suppress and manage any emergency medical event during their stay.

Also, according to Greek legislation and EODY’s instructions, a COVID-19 file is kept in our hotel for our guests and our partners. More specifically, we are required to record:

Room Number, Name, Nationality, Passport Number, Country of Origin, Date of Birth, Date of Arrival and Departure, as well as contact details (address, telephone, email), to detect contacts in case of an incident.


Reception
We perform thermometry upon visitors’ arrival for precautionary reasons. We proceeded to change both the departure (until 11.00 am.) and arrival time (from 3.00 pm) so that there is the time gap to ventilate, clean and disinfect rooms properly. We adopted digital information, contactless transactions, as well as the digital documents sending. We set special signs for the maintenance of foreseen safety distance. We placed glass or polycarbonate material (Plexiglass) in the reception. We provide disinfectant liquid, masks and disposable gloves upon the arrival of our guests. Finally, we guarantee meticulous disinfection for frequent contact surfaces and all objects received or delivered to our guests.

Rooms
We removed the printed material and provided it digitally, while at the same time we took away most of the decoration, as well as a large part of the additional equipment and clothing, which are now provided with your request. We take care of the air conditioners, according to the manufacturer's instructions, and we set them in the non-recirculated air mode. We assure ventilation, cleaning and meticulous disinfection in all rooms after the departure, using appropriate and sanitary approved cleaners, disinfectants and equipment (UV-C ultraviolet lighting, steam cleaners), with special emphasis on frequent contact points, (headboard sinks, toilets, taps, knobs, hairdryers, controls). More precisely, we use disposable covers for the remote controls, while we take special care of telephone devices, thermostats, refrigerators, kettles, cabinets, closets, hangers, safe boxes, irons, ironing boards, sockets, switches, sunbeds, handrails, chairs etc. In addition, during your stay, the cleaning of your rooms, the turndown service and the change of clothes are done after communication with our guests. Finally, we created special isolation rooms to ensure the safety of our customers and our employees in case of an emergency.

Breakfast
The buffet is served only by our staff, always in outdoor or semi-outdoor areas, respecting the increased hygiene measures (use of protective mask and disposable gloves). In addition, we took care to comply with the foreseen distances both for people and table seats, in order to avoid our customers’ contact with the food and the buffet’s utensils. At the same time, we set a maximum number of visitors at the feeding areas, aiming to avoid overcrowding. Finally, we thoroughly disinfect tables and seats, utilizing the appropriate disinfectants after each use and taking care to cover the tables with disposable tablecloths or placemats.

Food Departments
In the bars’ and restaurants’ area, the attendance of customers takes place only using disinfectants, taking care to observe the foreseen distances both between people and table seats. Our menus are provided in the digital version and you can view them from the application that we offer for your mobile. Upon customer's request, we offer one-use menu print forms, in case you are not familiar with digital media.

Pool
During the pool operation, we provide the proper chlorination tests (every 4 hours) and the water control of pH (every 8 hours). We regularly clean the surrounding area, ensuring the safety distances between sunbeds and chairs, which are thoroughly disinfected daily. Finally, we look after the control of bathers’ number (1 bathtub per 5 m² of water surface) to avoid overcrowding both inside and around the pool.

Beach
We keep the foreseen distances between umbrellas (4m distance gap between the umbrellas’ base), we disinfect each umbrella set and we provide a disposable cover after each customer change.

Other Sections - Common Areas
We arranged furnitureσ in all sections and common areas, in such a way as to ensure the foreseen social distance. At the same time, we implemented cleaning and disinfection instructions for all hotel departments, promoting increased cleaning and disinfection actions in camera and emphasizing the frequent contact points. Finally, we set a maximum visitor’s number in all areas, to avoid overcrowding, according to the guidelines of the WHO and EODY.

On this ground, we would like to point out hotel’s special features:
¬ Guest’s registration takes places quickly, thanks to the use of technology, to avoid overcrowding in the reception area and in the entrance area.
¬ We offer intact Check In & Check Out transactions.
¬ Most of our common areas are outdoor or semi-outdoor.
¬ Our private parking is open.
¬ Breakfast and lunch are offered outdoors.
¬ The Pool Bar and Mambo Beach -restaurant- Bar are outdoor
¬ Rooms’ entrance takes place by the main or auxiliary stairs, while the use of the elevator is done carefully and per person or room, in order to avoid overcrowding.
¬ We keep the fullness low to better manage and secure our customers.
¬ We offer you the choice to select the frequency and the way of room cleaning, as well as the choice of disinfection in your presence, after the communication with reception.
